Wakame and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients

cups
water
1
medium cucumber, peeled
1/2
cup
wakame, soaked for ten minutes
2
tablespoons
brown rice vinegar
1
teaspoon
maple syrup
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
Instructions
Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
Cut cucumber in half and scrape out seeds.
Boil wakame for ten minutes, or until soft.
Drain and dry wakame on cotton towel.
Place wakame and cucumber in a bowl together.
Combine the rest of the ingredients to make a dressing and pour over the salad.
