Instructions
- Sort, wash, and dry roast hulled pumpkin seeds in a skillet.
- Grind to a paste in a suribachi. Or use a blender.
- Mix paste with the pumpkin seeds.
- Add water to desired consistency.
- Add parsley or scallions.
