Root Stew
Ingredients

strip kombu seaweed
1
winter squash, cut into chunks
2
carrots, cut into chunks
1
onion, cut into chunks
1
burdock, peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
In an oven dish, layer kombu, burdock, onion, carrots, and squash. Add 1/2 inch water and sprinkle with salt. Cover. Allow to bake at 350 for an hour or until vegetables are soft. Serves 4.
